標題、補充、分類、時長、日期、計時及偏好設定保存在 App 的本機沙盒。ListoDone 沒有帳號、開發者營運的任務伺服器、廣告、跨 App 追蹤、分析 SDK、AI 上傳或診斷問卷。我們不透過 App 收集你的紀錄內容。
Apple 服務與你主動分享的資料
Apple 處理購買與相關交易資料，App 透過 StoreKit 驗證 Plus 權限。裝置備份可能包含 App 資料，依你的 Apple 系統設定與政策處理；這不是 App 的即時同步服務。
只有你主動匯出、分享或聯絡客服時，選取的資料才會送往你指定的目的地。目的地服務適用自己的隱私政策。分享卡預設不顯示任務標題與總時長。
刪除、復原與保管
單筆刪除可在 App 中復原；上一版存檔也可能暫時保留內容，直到下次成功寫入才取代。「清除全部本機資料」會移除本機紀錄、計時、常用紀錄、設定及復原檔，不會取消 Apple 購買，也不能刪除已匯出、分享或系統備份的副本。刪除 App 可能使未備份的紀錄遺失。
App 使用 iOS 沙盒與檔案保護。JSON／CSV 匯出檔沒有額外加密，請保存在信任的位置。
客服與資料請求
你寄送的 Email、聯絡資料與問題內容，僅用於回覆、排查及處理請求，由營運者及收發郵件服務處理；保存期間以處理問題及必要的法定義務為限。請勿寄送不必要的私人紀錄或健康資料。你可以透過 service@listodone.com 提出查詢、更正、刪除或其他適用的資料權利請求。我們無法從伺服器存取或刪除你的本機 App 紀錄；可由你在 App 內匯出或清除。
這個網站
網站由我們透過 Coolify 部署，並使用 Cloudflare 網域及網路服務。我們沒有加入廣告、分析追蹤、表單或非必要 Cookie；網站容器不保存逐次造訪日誌。網路服務仍可能為傳送內容、防止濫用及排查錯誤處理 IP 位址、請求時間與瀏覽器資訊。Cloudflare 的處理及必要安全 Cookie 依其 隱私政策 與 Cookie 說明。網站無法存取 App 中的紀錄。
政策更新
本頁會標示更新日期。若未來加入帳號、雲端、分析或 AI，會先更新政策並完成必要的告知與同意，不將既有本機使用同意直接延伸至新用途。
Privacy policy

Your entries, notes, categories, durations, dates, timer and preferences stay in the app sandbox. ListoDone has no account system, developer-operated task server, advertising, cross-app tracking, analytics SDK, AI upload or diagnostic questionnaire. We do not collect your journal through the app.
Apple processes purchases and related transaction data. StoreKit verifies Plus access. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings and policies; this is not live sync. When you explicitly export, share or contact support, the selected data goes to your chosen destination under that service’s policies. Sharing cards hide task titles and total duration by default.
Deleted entries can be undone in the app. A previous-save snapshot may retain entries until the next successful write. Erase All removes local records, timers, templates, preferences and recovery files. It does not cancel Apple purchases or remove copies already exported, shared or included in system backups. Deleting the app may lose records that have not been backed up. The app uses the iOS sandbox and file protection; exported JSON/CSV files have no additional encryption.
Support email, contact details and problem descriptions are used to respond, troubleshoot and handle requests, by the operator and email service providers. They are retained only as needed for those purposes and legal obligations. Avoid sending unnecessary private records or health information. Contact service@listodone.com to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights. We cannot access your local app records remotely; you can export or erase them in the app.
We deploy this static website through Coolify and use Cloudflare domain and network services. We add no advertising, analytics trackers, forms or non-essential cookies. The website container does not retain per-visit access logs. Network services may process IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver content, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. Cloudflare processing and necessary security cookies follow its Privacy Policy and cookie documentation. This website cannot access your app records.
Updates will show an effective date. Account, cloud, analytics or AI features would require updated disclosures and any required consent before use.
