透過 App Store 取得的 ListoDone App 適用 Apple 標準使用者授權合約（Standard EULA）。本頁說明產品與購買範圍，不另創設與該授權合約衝突的限制，也不排除依法不得排除的消費者權利。
服務範圍
ListoDone 提供個人生活記錄與回顧，不提供醫療診斷、治療或緊急協助，不保證健康、學習或生產力成效，也不是精確考勤或計費系統。重要期限請繼續使用適合的提醒工具。
免費與 Plus
基本記錄、完整歷史、7 天回顧、基本分享與資料匯出可免費使用。Plus 是一次性、非消耗型的 App 內購買，不自動續訂；解鎖 30／90／365 天回顧、最多 100 個常用紀錄及卡片樣式。實際價格、幣別與稅項以 Apple 購買畫面為準。購買與退款由 Apple 處理，適用 Apple 條款及法律。
一次購買指所列功能的權限，不是永久營運或未來所有獨立服務皆免費的承諾。此版本沒有雲端同步、訂閱、AI 或推薦獎勵服務。
你的內容與備份
你保有輸入內容的權利。請自行安排備份並妥善保管分享與匯出檔。系統提供單筆時長最多 24 小時、單庫最多 20,000 筆、JSON 檔案最多 32 MiB 的可靠性限制；這些不是付費解鎖條件。復原檔不一定包含最後一次操作。

The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA. This page describes the product and purchase scope, without adding conflicting restrictions or excluding consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
ListoDone is a personal recording and reflection tool, not medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, precise attendance tracking or billing. No health, educational or productivity result is guaranteed. Keep important deadlines in a suitable reminder system.
Basic capture, complete history, seven-day reflections, basic sharing and data export are free. Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase for 30/90/365-day reflections, up to 100 templates and card styles. It does not renew automatically. Apple displays the applicable price, currency and taxes, and handles purchases and refunds under its terms and applicable law.
A one-time purchase grants the listed features; it does not promise perpetual operation or free access to every future separate service. This version has no cloud sync, subscription, AI or referral-reward service.
You retain rights to your own content. Arrange backups and protect exported or shared files. Reliability limits are 24 hours per entry, 20,000 entries per database and 32 MiB per JSON file; these are not paid-unlock restrictions. A recovery snapshot may not contain the most recent change.
